iRCTunes is a small plugin for X-Chat Aqua, X-Chat Windows and Adium that allows you to completely control iTunes. Using a series of /itunes commands, you can quickly and easily export the now playing info to IRC, MSN, AIM, YIM, Jabber, Etc, or even reverse it, with commands like Play, Pause and Rewind, you can control iTunes from that IRC shell (controls IRC only).

Based on the old iTunes.pl script, updated for additional features. iRCTunes has an advanced Help Menu that accesses the chat shell directly and can be called up with a simple /itunes help command, any time you need it. Almost everything on top is automated and is processed by the system.
